Warranty Survey for Towage

Towage approval surveys are nothing new to CJA surveyors. Such surveys are carried out on the condition of the Tug & Barge for seaworthiness and cargoworthiness. Surveys involve scrutiny of passage planning, crew competency, inspection of towing gears and line, Bridle recovery system, emergency towing arrangement, bollard pull, vessel’s stability (include draft and trim), water tightness of manhole, etc. Our surveyors are competent to provide recommendations should the need arises.
